Juliet is a communication coach who has for over 30 years worked with people one-on-one in refining the way they communicate so that their ideas or messages would get through in the way they wanted or needed them to. I must confess that Juliet has really helped me and my team to sharpen our communication skills especially way back in 2018. This has in turn improved how we communicate.  Juliet has also helped me and my management team to put together a pitch for funding which resulted to a successful fundraising for USD 20 million. 

Her book, The Art of Persuasion is about how to influence people and get what you want. It has been recognized by The Independent as “how to win friends and influence people for the communication age.”

To be able to deliver in the best way possible, Juliet’s book is broken into three sections each with a tangible theme to help you communicate; 

The first section is about getting the basics right. it is about helping you know why persuasive communication is such a critical area we should all try to improve on. The section is about framing your ideas or messages and identifying the key outcomes that you aim to achieve. 

The second section is to help you put together a toolbox of fundamental communication skills that you can call upon when you need them most. 

In the last section, Juliet will helps you to prepare for the most critical make or break moments: those times when the stakes are high and you will be called upon to get it right the first time. 

All the above applies when it is about a speech, presentation or a chance to convince someone that your idea will work; a sudden opportunity you want to go for; or an interview for the job of your dream.You will learn the secrets of how to succeed. 

Other than being a good communicator, the book will help you to be a good listener, improve the quality of your relationships and achieve your goals.
