Allan and Barbara provide a good account that will help us develop our work plans, which will in turn help us understand our goals and spot the actions that will lead us to the achievement of our goals. They provide a plan on how to overcome obstacles regardless of what others think, do, or say. This involves dealing with the naysayers, taking responsibility for our life circumstances, and getting the best from them. 

I have been preaching about the vision board and is not a surprise that Allan and Barbara have been using the art of visualization and the power of affirmation to achieve their goals. They also provide us with a bonus on how to deal with stress, fear, worry and not giving up on our endeavors.

“The Answer” is truly one of those books I will classify as an easy to read book. This is based on the fact that it offers simple but thought-provoking advice on how to make better changes in our lives and achieving that goal that you have always wanted to achieve for so long. We are the ones to determine what we want to achieve since we are only the ones who are in control. We have the capability, all we have to do is unlock the subconscious mind to the conscious mind and go for it.

This book discusses the new scientific research into the brain's ability to drive success; The discussion on the RAS- Reticular Activating System is a good way to start a book as it provides us with the complex knowledge of our brain and how it helps us achieve our goals; It all starts in the brain!

The content of the book is also aimed at helping us to take the first steps towards change and decide what we want to achieve in life. The book also provides us with the confidence to set Big Hairy Audacious Goals (BHAGs) that will enable us to change our jobs, relationships, and lifestyle which will in turn help us to establish a true course in our life.
