This week I read a very informative and motivating book by Pamela McLean on how to, not only be a leader, but also be a coach. The book is written by Pamela McLean, the CEO and cofounder of the Hudson Institute for Coaching. She is an experienced coach who has for many years used clinical and organizational psychology to provide the high-quality coaching and development training to professionals in organizations. It gives nuggets of wisdom on how to understand organizational systems and the best global practices in this dynamic world. As you peruse through the pages, you will realise that the best coaches are indeed leaders, and the best leaders are coaches. It will equip you with the meta-skills of developing oneself as well as getting into fruitful relationships with others.
