I am a marathoner who run for health and for fun. I have been able to loose over 25 kilos to get to my targeted weight of 79 Kilos though running. 7 years ago, I was like most of you and I could not run 100 meters continuously.... today running 50 kilometre at one go and in less than 5 hours is a piece of cake. I just want to inspire you to becoming a more healthier and fitter person... Let us do this together.
